I am talking with my friend and she kept saying one sec; one sec please ; just a sec and kept talking to someone or did something....Its ok when they say one sec and take one sec or at the most 10 sec..but i dislike it when they keep the other person on hold for more than a min...i feel its better to say call u back than holding up....
